Breton Village Auto Wash Ripoff Locked me out of my car and made me pay the wrecker to get back in Grand Rapids Michigan
I took my car to Breton Village Auto Wash in Grand Rapids, MI, to have it detailed. In the process of detailing my car, they managed to lock the keys in it. I spoke with the manager and he indicated that he would call a wrecker to come open the car. The wrecker arrived, let me into my car and looked to me for payment. I got the manager back out there to pay the wrecker service and he indicated that the bill was mine and not the reponsibility of Breton Village Auto Wash. I felt that it was their responsibility since they locked the keys in the vehicle. The manager just walked away and left me to deal with the wrecker service. The bill for the wrecker was even more than the car detailing.
