Yes I do; you can can take my case to court; The premium I was forced to return by Lisa Basta Thompson ,after my client ran off on my bond to another country, And left my agency hanging with hundred thousand dollar forfeiture for me to pay , lisa Basta Thompson did not care ; she refunded my Premium money Back to cosigner which is not legal ;, defendant and cosigner , both ,, violated my contract on my bail bond .Took off to an other country And I had a big forfeiture, I had to file a motion to get off that bond and they took my premium out of my buff account; By not following correctly the insurance codes in California, Cathy

I go to trial with Brian Kesneck and Bankers for Conspiracy, Fraud and Elder Abuse in 30 days. They violated the insurance code and stole my property. The California Department of Insurance ordered them to reverse everything but they didn't. Do you have additional evidence they are violating the insurance codes that I can use at trial?
