Brian Peulicke Cathedral City Palm Springs California building contractor writes bad checks
Brain Peulicke, owner of B P Associates in Cathedral City California wrote me a bad check for the amount of $800 dollars drawn on First Community Bank of Indian Wells California. He has not make any attemp of restitution to date and $800 dollars is a lot of money for a bad check. Brian peulicke then closed his bank account and I have not been able to find him to pay for the bad rubber check that he wrote. He also owes me for back rent and the repair of a home he rented and demolished. If you see Brian Peulicke have him call me and pay me the $3,500 dollars he owes me for back rent, bad check, repair of home etc.

Mr. Peulicke's BS didn't fly in Palm Springs court, he even tried twice by appealing it. Judgment entered for the bad check in the amount of $2399 Court case #PSS017160. Did you know you can sue for the amount of the check plus treble damages up to $1500 plus the check amount? You have to follow the directions on the California consumer's website but it worked for me! Now Mr. Peulicke's BS didn't get him out of the bad check because I had the check in my hand. He did, however, lie his way right out of paying me for a home I rented to him. Said he never lived there and the judge bit the bait when his 'no show' former girlfriend/wife Kathryn Vader aka Kathryn Schoen, aka Kathryn Peulicke wrote a letter and said she was my tenant. No problem... now I am suing her! They rented and destroyed my home. Always get it in writing with Brian Peulicke because he does in fact write bad checks and I have one of Brain Peulicke's bad checks sitting in my file cabinet. I also have a judgment against him for the next 20 years with interest.

Joseph Miner was issued a check on my account with certain conditions that were not met. He later agreed to destroy the check, in hindsight apparently in order to prevent me from stopping payment on it. He is dead set on revenge and has taken a personal vendetta against me as a result of his own poor business pratices. His claims of not being able to reach me are false as well, as I have had the same mailing address for over five years now.
