Brickhouse Security Brickhouse Security is a "JOKE" New York New York
We recently used Brickhouse Security for our company to add GPS tracking devices to our service vans. I own a HVAC company and need to track our employees. We purchased the Track Ports to install in the vehicle. After installing they did not work. Maybe 15 minutes a day if that. I called and after 1 hour waiting on the phone, they recommened to use the HTC Pro tracker. I had to send the Track Ports back and then order the new HTC Pro trackers. and Pay a lot more money. After receiving the trackers, we installed them in all 10 service vans. None of them worked. We called 5 times to find out the problem and was put on hold each time. It took over 45 minutes to over an hour each time to get in touch with them. I would say we have 6 hours on the phone trying to find out the problem. Funny thing is the tech support department is on hold all the time but when you prompt to speak to a sales associate, they answer within a minute or sooner. And all sales persons speak english. Everytime we would call we would get a non-English speaking person for the tech department and everything they said was scripted. They would transfer us to other people that would transfer us back or just hang up on us. The rep with the tech support was suppose to send out locate signals and then email us back or call us. They would never do any of the two. After a week of dealing with Brickhouse, we send the trackers back and received a refund. This company is a joke and in no way a security company. At first they said they would not refund us the money due to there policy of not letting us send the trackers back. We had our attorney call and within a few days they issued an RMA to return them. Without this. We would have been our over a $1000 and stuck with a bunch of junk that would work.
