The real time tracking only works part-time. After several e-mails with no real response except for the auto generated we will get back with you. And a live chat that lasted 1 hour the only response is we will be right with you - and sorry for the delay i have yet to get a response as to why the internet tracking does not work but they have no problems charging my credit card for a service they cannot provide. There moto is for when you need to know - well when you need to know their real time tracking does NOT Work. Be Leary of this company they cannot provide the service they advertise but they will charge you for it!
