After filing my report, I composed an email to Brinkmann and notified them of my complaint to ripoffreport.com. Within 3 hours of my email, Brinkmann contacted me by email to tell me that they would be sending me the burner parts I needed for my grill as a "one time shipment". The parts arrived 3 days later and I'm happy to report that my grill is fixed and back in good condition again. Thank you Brinkmann. I still feel that you need to look at your policy on your warranty. Cast iron burners should not fall apart so rapidly as mine did.
