On 8/7/2006 I received a check for 3994.25 stating that I was one of many winners randomly drawn from the british gaming commision lotto. I was so excited to see this check it came at a good time too, I've been having financial difficulty, I screamed and threw myself on the floor when I read the instruccion in the letter I was kind of puzzled when they told me to send the money to a Sandra Gomez in Quebec, in order for me to get 85,500.00 minus 5301.00 (6.2% Sponsor's Commission).Invariably, I will receive a otal of $80,199.00 They even ask to keep this award from public notice until my claim has been processed and money remitted to my account, as this is part of their security protocol to avoid double claiming or unwarented taking of advantage fo the program by the participants and the public, The check was from Yale Electric Supply Co. in Lebanon Pa, now I think 1,500,000.00 people out there were pranked,

Please someone do something.

I'm sorry to say you have been victim of one of the most common scams out there right now. You are definitely out the money. Your only recourse would be to file complaints with the FTC as well as the post office for mail fraud, but good luck. In the future, try and stay with the principle of "If you didn't enter a lottery, you can't WIN a lottery". It's a good principle to follow that anytime you have to send money to get money it's a scam
