Brittany Franks Had to evict after she did not pay rent for 3 months. Finally got her out and discovered $5,000 worth of dammage. Chillicothe Illinois
She came to me with a sob story about her last appartment and was so happy to be able to move into such a nice home. Within a month I had to constantly call her to get her to put the electricity in her name and set up garbage pick up.
She never set up trash pick up and started telling me sob stories about why she couldn't afford it. I offered to let her out of the lease and the next thing I know she stopped answering her phone and after two months I started the eviction.
When the eviction was finally final I went to the house to find out that she had at leaste 5 adults living in my house and it looked like they had had a 3 month long frat party. Most of the doors are damaged, every floor has to be replaced, and the is broken funiture and trash everywhaere.
All told it cost me $10,000 for the privilage of providing her a place to live for 4 months.
