To whom It may concern

My name is Jeremy, I purchased your service of power leveling 4 days ago all was going well. I then logged on once to check the progress and watched my character through another account and observed that it was being run by a bot, I watched the account for about 6 hrs straight and watched as it repeated its actions and then traced its steps, I was not happy about this and did notify and was assured that there is not bot programs being run (Which I knew was a lie) The very next day I received the enclosed letter below from Blizzard stating that my account was banned because of third party bot software. Now that this has happened I have tried many times to resolve this with Ur company and there has been no action or just excuses. I am well aware of what actions I can take against your company and will do so if there is no resolution. I have lost 4 characters and all my items not to mention my game card that was still good for a month. I have added all this cost up so either I get 4 new characters at the levels I specify or I receive $2000 on my card for the cost of this mistake your company has made. I have enclosed the conversations that where made with your not so nice Customer service staff and have many more including the emails that your company has sent to me. Just before You go and send me an email again stating that I must contact Blizzard I have on three separate occasions and all three times I was denied access back to my account. So either one of these options I have come up with will suffice. If there is no response or action from Your company I will report your company to my credit card company to start then move to bllizzard to make sure that there will be no more business for you I will also contact the better business assoc. to have them get the money from you, and if after all that I still have not received nothing I will have my lawyer look into actions against your company. So I would appreciate a quick response in this matter and I am not looking for excuses. I will also note that every conversation and email is being recorded for my safety.

Jeremy: No there is no I will refund u 65 dollars for u having my account banned and losing 4 characters
