Phoenix,#2Consumer Suggestion

Jeff many car dealers like to play games with consumers. Most of the time they let car buyers "THINK" they are approved and let them drive the car home. Then they let you drive the car for a good while so you have time to let your friends, family and coworkers see that you bought a new car. Then you get that nasty deceptive phone call from their F&I people telling you that you need to come back to the dealership and "Sign some extra documents" to finish the car deal. Once you get there you get the fat nasty surprise. Many car dealers jerk car Buyer's around like this and no body in our government will do a d**n thing. I have only found ONE AG's office that will kick the a*s of a deceptive car dealer. That's right, I said ONLY FOUND ONE so far! At the bottom of this posting you can read what he does. Trust me I wish Terry Gadded would post on his web site what he has done to car dealers. I would like to read it. Jeff go contact Terry Goddard's office and let him read your Rip Off Report. Better yet, Print off a good copy of your report and fax it to the below fax number. Terry Goddard Office of the Attorney General Department of Law 1275 West Washington Street Phoenix, AZ 85007 Phone: 602-542-5025 Fax: 602-542-4085 Email them a direct link to your Rip Off Report. Terry if you read this Arizona car buyers need you to look into the deceptive actions of car dealers in this state. Jeff do you still have all of the papers that you signed when you bought your car? If you do contact the Editor here at this site I want copies to photo and post on this report. Email the Attorney General's Office please. Tell them to read your Rip Off Report. Email them at: [email protected] and also at [email protected] By the way Jeff what was the radio station that you heard the advertisement on? Post the radio station's contact info. maybe their sales department needs to read your Rip Off report. At thia time I feel we consumers only have one AG that has a big set of balls to go after auto dealer deception. Shame he is not in all states. Go look how he kicks a*s. Mr Eliot Spitzer you can call me anytime if you need some extra help when you go after an auto dealer for deception! My hat is off to you. Maybe one day I can post my thoughts on other AG's in this country. Go to these URL's below and read on the New York's AG's office work. Jeff read some of these below. I feel they are informative reading! www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/dec/dec13b_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/may/may30b_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/apr/apr19b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/jan/jan14b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2000/oct/oct12a_00.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/aug/aug09a_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2003/mar/mar12b_03.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/1999/sep/sep30e_99.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2003/mar/mar18b_03.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/1999/dec/dec06b_99.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/feb/feb28b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2000/mar/mar28a_00.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/nov/nov07b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/dec/dec13b_01.html My hat is Off to Eliot Spitzer is a man that all consumers in New York should thank. He has the balls to spank car dealers that are reported to be playing deceptive car buying games. It is a shame I can't say the same about other AG's. Maybe one day I can chat about other AGs.
