This cowardly law group utilizes hidden collection practices and files judgment motions without notifying the debtor. When contacted, they hide and won't return phones calls. They won't grant requests for meetings, and won't meet you in court. They will use these tactics to expand a debt of $500 to over $3200. They are deceptive in offering payment arrangements to lower the overall amount 'due', then lie and say that it never happened. This law group is saavy in the law, and know that they aren't subject to Fair Debt Collection Practices. You'll never even know that you owe anything, then receive a garnishment notice after a judgment is awarded which you were never notified of!
Liars, thieves, crooks and swindlers. They create trumped-up legal charges on a small debt, and keep it gowing over time, all without notice to the unsuspecting debtor. Once they feel the amount is worth their time, they will get a judgment in court. All of this without ever contacting you.
They tout that they are great at collecting and arbitration, but won't even return a phone call, or meet face-to-face.
If you have an HOA debt in Phoenix of Tucson, watch out for these crooks. If you are thinking of hiring these thieves, be careful. They have numerous complaints to the BBB for failure to disclose debt. They have numerous complaints to the AZ State Attorney General, the State Bar of Arizona, the Pima County Bar Association and more.
Every person who owes a debt is entitled to know exactly what is owed and why. This scum of a law firm doesn't believe that. Great job earning your legal degrees you human filth.
