Bryan Treat hired me to work on one of his customers websites, did not pay the last bill.
When we started he asked me not to contact his 'partner' which I'm not sure if it was a partner or his customer.
There was a techincal complication during the middle of the project where a part of the website I coded was going to be a problem with part of a future development. I offered to seek out help from my colleagues to remedy the problem and he told me to hold off on that part of the website and we started working on other parts of the website (which was done to his specification and he did not pay for).
I sent him the last invoice on 12/20/2011 for $300. He promised to pay me by 2/15/2012, it is now 3/21/2012 and I have attempted to contact him 5 or 6 times with no response. I've even offered a payment plan to pay smaller amounts through time.
