I was charged $650 for 3 tickets to a 3 day event (Arizona Jazz Festival) in my hast of getting the ticket I used my debit card. The event was cancled with no explication or notification. Had I not went on the web-site before leaving I would have lost money on gas and hotel cost.
The first week when trying to contact for refund the line was busy. The following week I was able to get through and was informed that there will be a spread sheet for refunds, in which I coorperated and gave my information, this was late October. Mean while I called my bank and because I used the debit card it will be a 90 day investigation.
I called back today 11/19/15 and no one could give me any information on refunds, only to say that there are meetings scheduled this week and next week about the incident.
