Let me save you some trouble and go ahead and consider someone else for you water filtration needs. The representatives I spoke with about an order I placed (which was design wrong and didn't work) told me I was wrong and to deal with it. My brother is a water treatment expert and he informed me that the system was just a bunch of empty cartridges. I called again and was cussed at, talked down to and obviously didn't get to return my system. So now I'm out of a chunk of change and pissed off. Will see what the credit card company can do. In the meantime, save yourself the headache and find something on Amazon or elsewhere.
