"BEWARE OF MORTGAGE FRAUD!!"..IT HAPPENED TO US; IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU..DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH: GREAT COMMISSION REALTY/BUD JONES REALTY A.K.A. GILBERT "BUD" JONES; This "parasite" got the ball rolling when he "intentionally failed" to tell my husband and myself the truth of the home (302 W. College St. Aurora, Mo.) "we purchased unknowingly by "mortgage fraud".. He advertised and orally claimed that said home was at least a two bedroom, possibly three, built in 1954 and with good floors..He as well as his "parasite co-conspirators" Oakstar Bank/Lisa Schupbach/Julie Barker..Their appraiser Mary Kym Craft/Kym M. Craft, as well as Cynthia Speckman, out of Springfield/Battlefield, Mo. The original appraiser (Miss Craft) appraised the home as a three bedroom, and built in the 1950's..She regarded/appraised as so did the other above names/companies did, knowingly and willingly falsified the listing documents, loan documents and appraisal documents..Our "sell contract" was sold to Taylor, Bean & Whitaker out of Ocala, Fl. Their "fraud manager/Craig Weitzel hired Miss Speckman to do a second appraisal..Neither expected though to get caught for falsifing the report by copying off of the original (Miss Craft's) false report.."BUT THEY DID GET CAUGHT IMMEDIATELY!!"..To whereas Mr. Weitzel contacted my husband a second time and was sending out another (Samatha Balsamo) appraiser.."None of the above names/companies were happy in the least by her findings/report"..The home came back as a "one bedroom, built in the late 1800's, with severely damaged floors and "unliveable"..Taylor, Bean & Whitaker promised to get together with Oakstar Bank and rectify this serious illegal matter, "BUT LIED ONCE AGAIN, LIKE ALL INVOLVED HAVE LIED FROM THE GET GO..STARTING WITH GILBERT "BUD" JONES AND ENDING WITH TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER!!!!"..TBW has the home on the market with Coldwell Banker-Vanguard..Here is how the home is now listed as it should be..Unfortunately Bud Jones had it listed completely different and at a much higher price and appraised higher..NOTE: "We never got to live in the home, because it wasn't the home we were led into believing from Gilbert "Bud" Jones's listing and via conversations on the phone.."He is a coward, liar and parasite just like his co-conspirators are!!".."Excluding Miss Samatha Balsamo..She was the ONLY honest and professional person involved!".. :o)

Property is purchased, falsely appraised at a higher value.

What makes property illegal is that the appraisal information is fraudulent. The schemes typically involve one or more of the following: fraudulent appraisals, doctored loan documentation, inflating buyer income, etc. Kickbacks to buyers, investors, property/loan brokers, appraisers, title company employees are common in this scheme. A home worth $20,000 may be appraised for $80,000 or higher in this type of scheme.

Inflated Appraisals. The report inaccurately states an inflated property value.
