Buick GMC Delray False advertising Delray beach, Florida
Highly disappointed with the entire team from the Internet sales manager, sales manager and sales person. I started my day off with speaking with the Internet sales manager regarding a price for a gmc Yukon. I did all my work up front and confirmed the price online with him prior to making the drive up.
Upon arrival I was introduced a to salesman, who was a very nice guy to deal with. We started off working on my trade in value and working our way to a deal sheet.
Here's where the fun starts. The salesman comes back with a price 9 k more than the listing on the Internet. I show him the price they listed and he takes it back to his manager. He is very apologetic and mentions that they will honor the price on the Internet however he comes back with the price and it's still 5 k highrper than the listed price.
Very disappointed because I specifically did all the work up front and I got the complete bait and switch. I would not recommend this place or trust what price they have posted online.
On my lengthy drive home(1.5 hours), I called the Internet manager repeatedly to discuss my disappointment. No return calls until after i started posting reviews of my experience in the dealership. He then told me that it must have been a typo and he is not responsible for the price the dealership is quoting online.
