Bullz eye Entertainment | Michelle Magee Michelle Alene Ripped my company off for $909 Tampa Florida
She recently scammed me out of $909. I made a transaction with her via Cashapp to get a article placements. The transaction totaled $909 and she did not provide the work. After two months of being given the run around and told, "it will be posted next Monday" numerous times by Michelle, I finally requested the money back.
I never received it and then contacted Cashapp and was told to file a complaint with the bank and I did. The bank then told me to send all of our documented conversations and to file a police report which I also did. After this, the bank said I would have to take her to court because of Cashapp's terms which basically doesn't hold them responsible. So I then attempted to contact her again to request the money back once more and informed her of the steps I had taken. But she had changed her number although I later found the new number.
She did not send the money back. But said she was sorry and that she had no relationship with any of the publications whatsoever. She said she just took people's money and handed it over to other people to do the work (in other words, not a legit PR agent). She said she would try to pay it back as soon as possible but never did and stopped responding. It has now been over two months time.
I spoke with the owner of one of the magazine's and they denied knowing her at all. I've also spoken with other's she has scammed as well all the while stating her company is about being truthful and a part of the PRSA. I Contacted the PRSA and they said she was falsifying membership. I myself own a label which is verified on all social media outlets, trademarked, and on wikipedia etc. and do not appreciate the headache of such behavior nor do I enjoy having to write this or the fact that now to get our money back we must take her to court.
