I placed an order and received a confirmation email and my account was charged for the $76.
I never received a shipping confirmation or the items.
They do not answer the phone, reply to emails or update claims through their support portal.
Their shopping website works great and says they have customer support waiting but it is false. Do not use!

Bump My Lock answers all email received and ships all our orders in a timely manner. The only time orders do not ship is when there is an issue with the address or suspicion of fraud. In both of these cases an email is sent until we receive a response...we send up to 5 emails trying to resolve the the situation. We cannot ship orders that are showing as incomplete addresses or that are suspected of fraud without hearing from the customer.
