Just like the other person that filed the report I too have been ripped off by bump my lock I placed an order in September and still till this day it is saying awaiting fulfillment my money was deducted out of my bank account and I still haven't received our package I email a notification or anything back from bump my lock.
Again I tried to give bump a lot bump my lock the benefit of the doubt so I thought another order in October about a week ago they took my money off of my card but I still haven't heard anything from bump a lock it's still saying awaiting fulfillment and I have emailed I've tried calling the number that they've provided it don't work it's a fake number.
I tried everything to contact them so if someone can please give me the contact information to file a claim to try to get my money back I would appreciate it but if bump a lock get this message or bump my lock get this message and decide to respond and can you all please contact me and let me know what's going on because my money is my concern if I'm not going to get my product I do want my money back so can someone please help me please help me please help me I've been ripped off by these people twice and I need someone to help me this has to stop.
