 We arrived at the Newark New York location and attempted to order burgers early am and were told they wouldn't be serving lunch til 10:30 .We have gotten burgers there early am on other occasions. The emplyee stated only "SELECT LOCATIONS" Were participating ,We then left confused and annoyed.Came back 10 mins later to order 2 cookies,they handed them to me not warmed up...CANANDAIGUA LOCATION ALWAYS SERVES GREAT FOOD (including burgers) 24/7 !!

I'm sorry, I dont follow. How exactly where you ripped off? Did you order lunch, pay for it only to be told they arent serving lunch yet only to be refused a refund?

Your cookies were not warm?? Stop the presses!!! Get over it - they stated that they only served in "Select Locations" so they have the right to do so.
