I walked in to place my order. The cashier was called Raybel. I had to repeat my order over over 3 times to Raybel. After each time Raybel would just put his head down and act confused. Raybels manager came to help him out. I think she told me that her name was Mimmi. Raybel told her how he did not know what i wanted or what my order was. That should have been enough to fire him on the spot in my opinion. That offended me. So finally they took my order. While waiting i over heard one of the workers make a comment. One of the other workers said "eew" and i heard laughter. I refused the order after that because what I head and saw indicated something gross done with my order. Mimmi (the manager) asked what was wrong. I told her how the workers were playing around and saying stuff like “eew that’s gross” about my order. Mimmi acted confused as to evade my response. Then Mimmie said that she would just give me a refund. I asked if she was denying me service. She said yes she was denying me service. I said ok and left.

Seems you have a problem with Burger King. Exactly what are you claiming is an "unethical business" policy? What's your real problem with Burger King? Did they fire you? What's your agenda?

Could have been that Raybel was new, still in training and that's why they didn't get your order. I guess you expect evryone to be an expert when hired.
The "eew" comment could have been about anything, there's no proof it was about your order.
As far as denying service, you refused their service when you refused to accept your order. At that point the best thing the manager could have done was offer a refund. Or would you have preferred they kept your money even though you wouldn't take the food???
If you were truly offended by this incident it's probably best that you don't go out in public.
