I am an employee at burgerking, The manager is ripping of money off check, She take 25 percent off my check and tells me the management did that. This is not fair and it really bad i needed to make this report before it get worse and hoping something is done as soon as possible.

What does your paystub say? It should detail the withholdings on your check. Your paystub will show you your Gross earnings, Federal tax amount withheld, state tax (if applicable), local tax (if applicable), Social Security deductions, Medicare deductions, and your net pay.
There may be other deductions too, for example: retirement plan contributions, child care deductions, insurance deductions.
One more thing: If you have a judgment against you, the judment holder may have garnished your wages. You will need to investigate for yourself if you have a judgment and garnishment.
Educate youself so you understand exactly what you are working for and which deductions are mandatory and which are voluntary.

Your report makes no sense - especially since management usually has no control over payroll. That is corporate/franchise owners responsibities.
