Sorry about the bad experience you had at the dealership. We apologize about the deposit issue you had. The reason we ask for a deposit to work on bad credit deals is the time and effort it takes our finance department to get the best approval for the customer. We feel that the customer that leaves a deposit is a buyer committed to the car. Too many times in the past we have worked on an approval for a customer and they have not left a deposit on a vehicle and when they get approved they have no loyalty to our dealership and feel this is license to shop. Sorry you felt this way but getting a deposit is not to try and swindle a customer out of few dollars but to show commitment to doing business with our dealership when approved for the vehicle of the customer choice.
We have 3 dealerships and have been in business for over 20 years. We also understand that some unhappy customers write reviews and we feel that this is a fair and great process for customers in a professional way tell of their experience. However we do not agree with this customers tactics of name calling and feel that this is very unprofessional. Not everyone agrees with different company policies and we understand this and we do not treat any customer as "second rate". The deposit process is very fair and we refund 100% or all deposits in we cannot get a customer financed.
