The problem is consumer's are not reading all the details when they place an order. Did you get a notice that you could get $10.00 back? Because that's how it works. You place an order, get a page or popup that says you can get $10.00 back. But to get the $10 rebate you have to join their rewards program, for which the cost is $14.95 a month. I've ordered a number of things from vista print in the past, and they have never charged me $14.95 a month because I always refuse the $10. There's nothing wrong with vista print when you take time to read what you accept, before you accept it. You can contact whoever you want about it, but ultimately the site is perfectly safe for consumer's who take responsibility for what they do on the internet. There a whole heap of people who "say" they've never signed up for any "memberships", but having used vista print I know that the only way you get charged the fee is if you click yes to the $10 rebate. http://vprewardsus.com/(4uxqihy5m3qp1f3bh0eyzx45)/LCA/Page/Help/Faq.aspx
