Complaint Review: buyatimesharescam.com - Internet

All these people are right.  This company went to bat for us and now we no longer own a timeshare do to their program and service.

My husband and I decided we wanted to take our children to Disney for a FULL 7 night 8 day trip. We researched the price through Disney and it was well over $12,000.00! YIKES! I got online and started goggling websites for Timeshare Rentals and found our BEST family vacation ever and it cost us only $5200.00! We found our vacation at www.buyatimeshare.com. We worked with Debbie Roy and from the beginning to the end we were taken care of by her. Debbie went above and beyond to ensure every little detail from the bus picking us up at the airport, our food, our timeshare rental, paper work, luggage tags etc. were all complete and taken care of upon arrival! Debbie Roy was a terrific, trustworthy source to rent a Disney DVC unit
from. I plan to call her next year when we plan our 2012 trip to Disney
World. She even booked us one of the highly coveted treehouses from
Saratoga Springs.

She is quick to reply to emails, return phone calls, and respond to all
other correspondence. She made the whole rental process seamless - from
finding a unit with our specifications, signing us up for the dining plan,
magic express, and even making sure my brother-in-law had appropriate
handicap access, she was there with a friendly and professional manner.

I also felt very confident submitting payment through her professional
organization. It was a much more comfortable experience then renting
directly from a single owner - I trusted her with everything.

I can't say enough about my experience with "BuyATimeshare". I had done my
homework before our latest trip and had compared rates with Disney, several
travel agencies and then I stumbled upon "BuyATimeshare". They offered the
best rates by far!!!! My family and I spent 10 days in Orlando, Florida and
thanks to Debbie we stayed in a wonderful place at a great price. I have to
say my husband and sister-in-law were convinced we had been scammed because
of the price we got on a 2bd 3bth at Animal Kingdom Kidani villas and so
they had a million questions since we had never made reservations with a

After speaking to you the first time over the phone and seeing the contract online, I was comfortable moving forward. I have been trying on my own to find the owner of a specific condo that I have been wanting to rent but had no luck! Then I found Debbie at BuyaTimeshare.com!
