I ordered 2 handbags from this on-line store in ealt April. I was e-mailed by the store indictaing that they did not have one of the handbags inidsctaing the item would be in in one week's time, could I wait or would I like to indicate a replacement.
I indicated that I did not want a replacement and asked when the bag would be in. I did not receive a reply and e-mailed back requesting cancellation of the order. I received a response that the order had already gone through.
As of late May, I had not received any items from this store; however, recived the full charge for both handbags on my credit card. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and e-mailed the company letting them know I was disputing the charge because I never received either of the ordered items and the charge was removed.
I then received an e-mail in early June telling me that they were going to notify the police if I did not return the package and that bad things would happen to me.
