I complained to Buy.com because they held up my item for shipping even though I had paid for one-day shipping. The other item I wasn't so concerned about even though it said it ships in 1-2 days. They indicated later it was being drop-shipped by someone else but you don't know that until after the order is in. After several days of emails back and forth to customer service, and I use the term loosely, I went to check the status of the screen since it had been over a week and was last listed as in warehouse and preparing to ship. Was I surprised to find that the item was cancelled. I did not cancel it, however, Buy.com decided that I was complaining too much, so why bother to send the other item that would have entitled me to a $150 refund when buying the two items. So, not only am I out the screen, but the $150 I would have gotten back. What a rip-off company!
