Placed order for Imation 2.5" M-Class SATA II 128GB SSD 4 3/10/2010

I recieved 32GB SSD.

Called and reported wrong shipment on 3/11. Asked for replacement. Shipped RMA back to Buy.com. Called back approx. 4/12 to find out where replacement was. 48 hours later got a call back that the shipment is coming. E-mail notice for replacement shipment of 128GB SSD recieved on 4/13 evening. 

Recieved 32GB SSD again. Called and asked for replacement. Offers $20 discount off of each SSD (ordered 4), or refund of money. I asked for replacement. Buy.com says they made a mistake on advertizement. Buy.com claims there are no Imation 128GB SSD in stock. I search online and find them. Rep. looks up and finds SSD. Calls back and says they will not replace.
