B&W Renos Ben Cheeseman, Wanda Jones Cheeseman The most pathetic home reno and siding application company around Millet, Alberta
We hired these jokers to apply siding and soffiting on our new house. We have spared no expense in the building of our house and we chose to have B&W apply the siding. It wasn't long after they started showing their utter incompetence. The siding was barely on the house a few months and it already began to twist and warp and sag. We contacted Ben and told him to return to fix the problem and after several dozen phone calls he finally showed up and repaired one section. After leaving he promised to return to repair more areas and never returned. We also had him install metal caps on our brick pillars and he had the caps made too small and instead of ordering new ones that fit, the dumb b*****d smashed the stone work to make the caps fit. We thought we had a good working relationship with this company by treating them respectfully and always paying quickly. Turns out this outfit has a history of screwing people over after pretending to play nice. We have found that this company has screwed up several homes in the Leduc and Devon area that have had to be redone by other more reputable companies. We tried patiently to contact Ben and his wife for over a year via phone and email and they promised to return and fix the shitty job but they proved that they are just liars with no integrity.
B&W has also been charged in the province of Alberta with fraud by forcing home owners to pay upfront and then not completing the job. They were forced by the court to no longer accept any payment until the job was done. Unfortunately we were trying to be too nice and accommodating and paid them in full even though they were not quite finished.
We also made a complaint against them to the Better Business Bureau and B&W claimed they offer a 90 day warranty on their installation and after that the homeowner is s**t out of luck. Well their install didn't even last 90 days.
If you have ever heard of B&W Renos or know anyone thinking about hiring them DON'T DO IT! You will wish you had never met the p***k!
