1/27/02 I orderd a motherboard and powersupply from bzboyz.com and I paid by postal money order. It takes 4-5 days by mail from Kentucky to California. The powersupply was not compatible with the mobo, despite the advertisment of thier website stating it was perfect for the mobo. NMB Technologies 460Watts Powersupply SD025A460WSW ( Perfect for tyan S2462) and others. The manufactur said it is not compatible with the tyan 2466N and wouldn't even plug in to the mobo and its only compatible with the S2462 so I called customer service and told them this and canceld within 1 hour and reorderd replaced the powersupply with a maxtor hardrive. Well the shipment arived on 2/10/02 and the powersupply that I did not want was shipped with the mobo in the same box thats a no'no#1 I do not need this powersupply I covered this when I canceld this oder#50755 no'no#2 Jubbie the customer service rep I spoke with said that she was contacting ups and that they would pickup the powersupply and she would cross ship the harddrive as soon as ups gives them a tracking number. I waited 8 days for them to pickup the ps so I went the RMA route sent the ps back ups tracking#1Z448X120312716143 CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF they throughed the purchase agreement sink toilet and even said that they would only refund the lowest price on pricewatch to me. Today is 4/21/02 they still have my money and the reason they want you to pay extra for the tracking #s is because it leaves a paper trail and they can't cheat you or just rightout rob you like they did me. People take care of yourselve's I don't have a $100.00 to give away I have children these crooks will still the babies milk money if they can

Terry , It would have been easy just to say , check our disclaimer as it states, to check with manufacturer for compatibility etc etc etc.... Customers buy products for different reasons, so we can not and do not offer recommendation, if customer does not call in and ask for advice. It is always recommended to kindly check with the manufacturer for the compatibility, specially when you are customizing your own PC with SPECIALIED parts. As promised we did issue call tag for the products to be picked up, but UPS does take 5-10 working days sometime more to pick up the products, that is something we Just can not control. After that if customer chooses to take RMA route on his own hand, then the problem starts, as it goes to the wrong WAREHOUSE and there is no tracking involved. Once package is received we have to make sure that there is something inside - and the right product before we ship replacement. As we have LOST money, as people play tricks - i.e ship EMPTY BOXES BACK. Was there a problem with this transactin after wards, YES. Was it customers Fault ? no - WAS IT OUR FAULT - ABSOLUTLY, and we do apologize for that. There was COMLETE BREAKDOWN BETWEEN receiving Dept and RMA Dept, as locations were different. No way customer would have known that products were drop shipped from different warehouse. We had sent customer REFUND for the hardrive as whathe ordered bacame obselete. Kindly Sam MicroX

I have found my salvation, There is 1 company that I have found that receives victims of rogues like these. "True angels of mercy" I did not tell them what I had been through. They or He sensed it. Being victomized is trauma. I didn't know it showed so relevent at least in my voice anyway. bzboyz/partspc/microx said that the emails I sent them is only my opinion, Well I agree with that, and they have 1 also, no 3, well 2 actually these 2 being www.bzboyz.com and www.partspc.com. Stop by and see for your selves these 2 are the only ones that would charge you twice for something you had purchased already. like the shipping, if you need your receipt for the cost of the shipping, that will cost you extra, actually any confirmation will cost you extra and if they make a mistake that will cost you extra also. The email address of theirs that you see above is from bizrate "[email protected]" don't hesitate to email them the meaning of salvation is (repent and change from your wicked ways) As far as us humans go we have a memory and thats somthing you know not think. This trash is forming the image that you can't trust anyone anymore. You're wrong!
