C & J Marketing ripoff my 18 years old son by paying him $50.00 in cash. Mountain View California
This company inticed my 18 year old son to sign an independent dealer agreement to sale kiby vacuum clearners. After woking approximately 100 hours from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m or longer for two weeks and didn't receive a pay check I became suspicious.
The following week on a Tuesday I told him to ask them to give him his pay check and they paided him $50.00 in cash. I went to the company to see why my son received fifty dollars. I asked them to show how they came up with this figure.
The front desk customer service person handed me several paper and I asked for a copy of the contact that my son signed. After looking it over and him tell me the stories on how the manager took these kids out in a van to several cities hours away from home.
They knocked on doors all day and evening long and had no authority as so called independent contactor to sell these vaccum without the so called manager being called in to close the deal and sell them at his price.
