C R England I NEVER GOT PAID, BEWARE! dirty ripoff liars West Valley City Utah
I went to the good ole boys at C R England just recently. I was promised that I would make great money as a lease operator. What a joke. I was told that I would be gauranteed at least 3000 mile per week and would acctually get more. Ha.
The truck was fairly new and at least had a bit of warranty left. Then the ugly part came. After I was hurried through the lease signing, I sat at the yard in West Valley City, UT for 3 days before I got a load. Then had to wait for the trailer to get out of the shop, 2 more days, which made the on time delivery of the load to be impossible.
1600 miles were all I got that week. In the hole, no payday. The next week, 3200 miles, just enough to break even, no payday. the next week, 1800 miles, 5 stops, 43000 pounds, driver unload, no lumper, no payday. The next week 3000 miles, just enough to break even, no payday.
The next week after cleaning out the truck and returning it to an authorized C R England facility, no payday and an abandoned equipment notation on my DAC report. I am still waiting for my final settlement now 21 days past the 14 day waiting period. I know that I will not get any money, of which I busted my a*s for, but they will not even send a settlement statement.
Drivers, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. Just a quick note for company drivers and students. C R England will only pay you .25 cpm and will withhold .10cpm out of that for 6 months. They call it a bonus. It is just another way to not pay you.
