CABIN CREEK APTS/COLONY MANAGEMENT takes forever for repairs,terrible manager Richmond Virginia
I have lived at Cabin Creek for 5 years. It used to be a nice place. In the past year though, The manager, Gina argues when you ask for a repair or if you complain because nothing gets finished. The grounds are littered with trash, the roof over our apartment and all our neighbors has been leaking since last January. I pay too much rent to live in this run-down place and plan on moving. When searching for an apartment,do yourself a favor and skip any of the Colony Management complexs. It is so not worth living there, you'll have to move again too soon.

I am Alice and I want to say that Cabin Creek has made amends. Gina is no longer the manager and we were given a rent reduction, It took a lot of work on my part, but this time persistence was rewarded. Its only fair to let you know, thank you.
