I needed a bigger car for my family. I went to an auto dealer near my home and was turned down, but was given the name of Hazen in Mesa. So we headed out there and they had the van I had dreamed of owning. A Chevy Uplander..we applied and we're approved! Jump forward ONE WEEK, I had the car at the mechanics. Kyle was nice and explained everything in detail, answered questions etc. Two weeks later, car was back at the mechanics. This went on for a couple of months. Finally my battery died and kept dying. I took it back, explained the problem. Kyle had it for over a week and couldn't find anything wrong. I bought a brand new battery which seemed to fix the problem. NOPE!! I moved 4 hours away and had no problems until about a week ago. My brand new battery died. I had it tested, there's nothing wrong with the battery. I'm guessing it's the GPS tracking system they have that keeps draining my battery, huge inconvenience. and of course they won't tell you that could be the problem, they wouldn't be able to retrieve their cars if they did. My husband has called Chicago lenders who will not let us out of the contract if we surrender the car, Kyle who says leave it with him so he can determine if we can get another car, which I know what his answer will be and Hazen who spews lies and never returns phone calls. Now I'm stuck paying for a lemon. I can't get my daughter to and from school, my husband to and from work or myself to and from doctors appointments and I go a lot. I have a chronic disease. I'm so done with this company taking advantage and ruining my faith in used car lots and good recommendations. I gave them a perfectly good running car with low miles. It was just to small for my family. I should have kept it. I regret ever walking onto that lot and meeting Hazen.
