Complaint Review: Cactus jacks - Mesa Arizona

Your lucky, they have been horrible to me. I do my payments an call them if anything will be late. The 5 times it's been in they never fI zit I have my mechanic look at it then take it in when it gets out he checks again an they do nothing the Mesa one is horrible. An do the girls for payments are so rude. Just because I'm young does not mean they have the right to be rude 

I just wanted you to know that there are some good people working for cactus jack's they are the people i've been dealing with. I've been a customer of cactus jacks over the last year I entered the contract in april of 2013. I went to 13 dealerships in just under a month's time looking for somebody that had a decent priced vehicle under 110,000 miles under $10,000. I dealt with so much crap hours of waiting just to be lectured because I'm in default on my student loans (because I became disabled during my second to last semester of college). I had to deal with humiliation tactics to force me to see their side when charging me over 22% intrest and not allowing me to buy a car that was older than a 2007 as well as not allowing me to buy one that had over 60,000 miles on it. They wanted to force me into 5 yrs worth of payments instead of 2 yrs like I wanted. I was given this criteria all over az or told no they had nothing I could afford with my credit.

I'm glad I went to cactus jack's. I have noticed others have had totally different dealings with them and I pray they don't start treating me like that. I have been through a tough winter and during that winter my husband had two jobs and maybe 25 hours between the two, on top of that ppl just don't tip as much during the winter seaon here ( I forgot to mention they let us by a car when we live over an hr away). I called them a lot over the winter asking for late payment arrangments they never talked down to me once heather and joe both took great care of us.

Heather and I have talked for over 5 mins about what was going on and not because she ever insisted on knowing either. There has only been one problem and that is when I made my sec payment arrangment, my husbands money didn't come through and we had told her mon and needed more time; that's when I found out not to make the payment arrangment unless you know for sure because they can't change it or make another one however she sincerely apologized and told me exactly how long i had and that she was going to put a note in the system letting whomever know what was going on.

Luckily fingers crossed we have only had two probllems withour vehicle one being the a/c compressor which had nothing to do with CJ it was still the original factory stock jeep liberty and its a jeep problem they were amazed at auto zone that it made it passed 105,000 miles like it did. Not going to lie it was disappointing that maybe Cactus jacks might have been able to catch it and didn't but, I don't beleive there are many car dealers that would replace a air comp because it had never been yet, when it works.

The only other problem is a wobble that we haved had diagnosed and are currently getting rady to get fixed if correct and thats the calipers.we only paid around 2,000 in fees reg contract bull and interest on a 8,900 loan. Plus it took about 30 mins flat to buy the car all together test drive and all. Oh and I went to the one on West bell road while they didn't have as much inventory at the time because they had sold a lot of cars that week they were very friendly and he genuinely want to get a a decent car that was reliable, he even sent the mechanic mediator on the test drive with us to make sure everything was okay with the car.
