Attorney and Parent Coordinator, Tara Rabiola, was hired back in August 2016. I write this review nearly 2 years later as it has been a consistent nightmare filled with broken commitments, repeated delays, and excessive billing. While Parenting Coordination is supposed to be a form of dispute resolution for conflicted parents, our PC, Tara Rabiola, and her services have only added to this already difficult situation. From the beginning, her responsibilities as a Parent Coordinator took a backseat to all of her other matters, both personal and professional.

This was evident in the long delays between emails, sometimes over 15 days and the constant need for me to reach out and check in on the status of issues that were supposed to be handled. I was usually met with the excuse that she would “be in court all day” and hadn’t gotten to it yet. In a similar, unprofessional manner, it was consistent and quite typical to receive emails weeks later and at all hours of the night, usually between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM. From the beginning, it was believed her efforts were supposed to be for the betterment of the child, yet she delayed and missed appointments with his therapist and the school, which only hurt him and delayed resolutions to important time-sensitive issues.

Once, the issues were raised by me, regarding having timely responses to important issues via email, I received an almost aggressive and reactionary response immediately. I was told, “ I do not believe you are in a position to demand a response time from me”.
