If your company cares so much about their customers, then why did it take HOURS for the OP to find the CEO? If Casey cares so much, he should be willing to speak to his customers.

The tub was purchased with the cover that came with it. We have a letter from cal cover stating that the cover is not made for outside use. This is the cover that came with it. The one you provide with the tub. These covers are made for indoor use only. We had been complaining to your company about it for over 4 years. it had an extended warranty of 5 years and neither your company or the Watson's of Indianapolis would take care of the problem. statistics prove that 90% OF HOT TUBS ARE OUTSIDE. WE COMPLAINED TO EVERYONE...YOU SENT US TO THEM AND THEY SENT US TO YOU ETC.... IT'S AMAZING HOW FAST YOU HAD A REBUTLE TO THIS BUT YOU KEPT PUTTING US OFF FOR OVER 4 YEARS. IF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HALF THAT GOOD YOU WOULDN'T BE LISTED ON THIS SITE. YOU SURE ARE DEFENSIVE NOW. NOW WHAT'S YOUR ANSWER? BOTTOM LINE, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY!

This complaint reported below has to do with a cover and not a Cal Spa. The covers are not manufactured by us and the cover in question was five years out of warranty. Our CEO, Casey Loyd, is proud to stand behind our products and our dealer network.Any letters that may be sent to him are promptly and professionally addressed .
