Brent, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Back In April, you were referred to the Warranty Review Board for a final decision. We received your letter and are happy that we worked out a resolution. Since this pump had severe chemical abuse due to improper PH balances, Cal Spas was unable to get coverage for this item under Warranty terms. However, your servicing center, Leisure World Home Resort Products were able to have this replaced for you with the negotions that you worked out for them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and the new pump that has been installed will maintain Warranty coverage. If you have any future problems with your replacement pump, Cal Spas will back this up with coverage on Parts & Labor regardless of any leakage or damage as a courtesy to you for the rest of the duration of your Warranty period.
