Eric, We apologize for any delay with service that you may have experienced. However, if your service has not been taken care of, please e-mail us at [email protected] and you will be taken care of immediately. Cal Spas will replace your motor, make sure you get a scheduled service date, send you courtesy chemical kits and extend the length of your Warranty period for the duration of your down time. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. Your satisfaction is our focus and we will follow through to make sure you get taken care of. Please contact 800-225-7727 and press option #1. Ask for Martin and provide us with your information to complete this job. Thank you for choosing Cal Spas for your home resort needs.

All's you have to do is look at the complaints on here hundreds of people with the same problem; then if they do offer to help you out they seem to say you have to pay for the spa to be brought back to them. Since you appear to be local to them I'd suggest a small claims lawsuit (limits are $7,500.00 I've been told)instead of causing yourself continued frustration over trying to seek assistance and making so many calls and getting so few returned.

I bet the also did not tell you about the cover for your spa. If you spa is not under a gazeebo, your cover will start sagging within 1 year. Cal Spa do not have anything to do with the cover. Your must fight that battle on your on with the cover manufacturer. Good luck!
