California Check Cahsing Stole my money Fresno California
I went to California Check Cashing Store to get a pay day loan I am not new to this . I always pay back my loan in Full when I get them. I asked for a $255.00 loan and paid back $300.00 on the day I got paid 06/23/2016
The one thing I forgot to do was get a Receipt after I paid it and I left the blank check there the guy said if I wanted it shreded or to keep it ,I said shred it, but I guess they did not do that . I should of took the check , if I would of taken the check , would they not of been able to cash it ??
I do remember the guy and what he looks like I can spot him so If that is the only hope I have I can try to go there , but decided to not go back to the store because the lady on the phone said did you keep your receipt Lisa. I said no I can not find it. He did not give me a receipt. I left the store with no receipt I am so very mad at myself .
I know it was my fault but it was theres to and they won't admit it, even if they found out they did wrong , they might not care to fix it, and now I am out $300 .00 they took about a week after it was due to cash it, and now I am $80.00 in the whole at my bank and I have to pay rent. This happened on the 23rd of last month 06/23/2016. I remember because that is the day I got paid.
