I checked my balance and they actually gave me a full refund. I called my bank and asked for a new debit card with a new number. I'm sure that mine has been compromised, and I don't want any mystery charges in the future.

I sent a fax and left voice mail messages for Robert and Kevin indicating that I am unwilling to negotiate, I am willing to pursue legal action, and I have reported them to my bank. Craig called me 2 hours after he and Kevin said that they will not give me a full refund. His tone had completely changed from his condescending tone in our previous conversation. He said that he spoke to his boss's boss, they only want happy customers and it doesn't seem like I'll be a happy customer. He said that they will give me a full refund, but they have not done so yet. They are quick to charge you and slow to refund you. I sent a fax to Robert today indicating that Craig called me and said that they will give me a full refund. In my fax I stated that I expect my account to be credited today. I also left voice mail messages for Robert and Kevin. No matter who I call - Craig, Kevin, Robert, or Mandy - their voice mail comes on every time.
