I purchased a 300,000 rv not a 32,000 rv as you mentioned.

i kept everything i sgned. every paper states i purchased a 2014.

but when i went to dmv the vin number is a 2013 model.

So I will ask my attorney if he can get a copy of the predelivery imnspection if they did one.

Also many items underneath the caoch and within it a broken, rusted, bent. I believe when it was driven from back easrt to its camping world destination it was in some kind of accident but how do I find out exactly. Winnebego will not give me a listf parts orderd on this rv since the dealership took possession and if they fix it at camping world before they sell it it doent have to be reported to car fax so how do I find out if it was in some type of accident and put back together its obvious all around that it ewwas reqworked on. thanks fo your advice.

WHY i WENT TO LAS VEGAS ISNT THE POINT. IF YOU MUST KNOW TO VISIT A RELATIVE WHO HAD A CONFERANCE THERE. ONCE A YEAR, SHE LIVES IN FLORIDA AND THIS IS THE CLOSEST SHE GETS TO CALIF. WHERE I LIVE SO I GO SEE HER. SHE WORKS TILL AFTERNOONS SO ON MY OWN WENT TO SEE THE NEW MODELS.

THE THINGS I FOUND WRONG COULD ONLY BE FOUND ONCE I TOOK OWNERSHIP . LIKE IT LEAKING WHEN RAINING, THE SLIDOUTS HAVING AIR GAPS IN THE SEEMS. THEN THROUGH A RAIN STOEM FOUND OUT ALL THE UNDNEATH COMPARTMENTS WERE SOAKINKING WET SO TOOK EVERTYTHING OUR CLIMBED WAY UNDERNEATH TO SEE WRONG  PARTS BENT BEAMS AND DOOR REDRILLED ON TO THE COACH OFF THEIR ORIGINAL HOLE SPOTS. THE DEALER DID NOT HAVE BROCHURES EWHEN I ASKED AND YES MAYBE I COULD HAVE GONE ON LINE BUT THE SALESMAN I HAD NO REASON TO DISBELIEVE HE WAS A KIND WARM FELLA   BEKNOWNST TO ME A DARK SIDE EXISTED TO SAY WHATEVER SOUNDED GOD IN MY OOPINION TO GET THE SALE THROUGH. yES MAYBE ALITTLE STUPID BUT IT DOENT JUSTIFY A FRAUDULANT SALE TO AN INNOCENT CUSTOMER THEY ARE A NATIONAL COMPANY WITH A BIG REPUUTATION. iTS MY IOPINION I WAS TAKEN AS i CONTINUE TO DO MY RSEARCH ANFD MY ATTORNEY LOOKS INTO THROU DISCOVERY i WILL FIND OUT I SUSPECT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHERSD, BUT AGAIN OMLY MY OPINION JUDT BEWARE OF CAMPING WORLD SO YOU DO YOUR HOMEWOEK SO YOU WONT BE IN MY SITUATION.

Peter You had the money to spend $32,000 on the camper. Now my question is are you willing to invest in an attorney regarding this particular purchase ? I am not sure if you financed it or you wrote a check to purchase this coach. I am personally an RV industry expert witness And from what I see I feel you have misrepresentation as far as the sale of this coach. If I were in your boots I would be willing to invest in a law firm that handles misrepresentation In business transactions.

I am personally on the case Bentylol firm has hired me to help them when a case against an RV dealership back east and I've already found fraud misrepresentation and wire fraud. I've also noticed fraudulent documents that of been fabricated as evidence with Ford signatures.

I personally would like to know if you paid cash for this or if you financed the coach it is very important to know that. Let me explain something.

Many auto dealers and RV dealers when they sell a vehicle and they have questions as to whether a bank will finance the customer Sometimes they will send fraudulent documents to the lenders behind the customers back to get the financing in other words they will Lie to lenders if a customer has good credit but shaky income.

And when an attorney hires me to help them win the lawsuit and I tell them where to go to look for the real fraud and misrepresentation and forge signatures I find fraudulent loan documents all the time. I'm willing to bet that if you go to your state and get a copy of the registration if you have not gotten it yet it will reveal the true date of manufacture.

What did it say on the purchase contract ? 

Questions for you.

Number one do you have all the documents they gave you when you bought the coach ?

Do you have copies of all the documents that you sign when you bought the coach ?

Do you have a copy of the predelivery inspection ?

Does the predelivery inspection have evidence that the LP gas system has been checked for leaks yes or no ?

The reason I ask about the LP gas system If you have 1 gallon one liquid gallon of propane in a container And it is leaked into the atmosphere Because of a leaky system That one liquid gallon expands to 270 gallons of explosive vapor. So if you have a 20 gallon tank on your RV coach And it has a leak Look at these numbers 20 X 270 = 5400 Gallons of explosive vapor.

Most people tend to forget the expansion rate or they have never been told do you have any documents to show that the LP gas system has been properly checked and what's the inches of water column on the output of the regulator ?

Mini RV dealerships across the country fail to do a proper RV PDI, ( Predelivery inspection ) Before they put the coach on the lot for sale. Sometimes depending on the profit that they make when they sell the coach is to what kind of predelivery inspection they are going to perform on the coach based upon the number of dollars that they made of sale. 

A few years ago I went up against one of the largest RV dealerships in the country and when their law firm took my deposition to find out whether I was an idiot or whether I was smart and they had a reason to fear me in court I had discovered that that RV dealership new that they were submitting fraudulent documents to court as evidence They also understood that I found out that they had submitted documents with signatures on them to the court as evidence trying to defend themselves.

After they paid me for my deposition they decided they didn't want me to speak in front of a jury because I would spank them. 

If you're willing to invest $32,000 for a crappy trailer that obviously has not had a Complete predelivery inspection from what you've told me in this report I would hope that you would be willing to invest in a law firm to come to your defense and get your money back. 

Sit back speak to your wife and re-think you're thinking. From what you told me that I understand I do not have all of the documents to look at your situation I believe you have a case. The main question is, you willing to spend money and hire an attorney ? 

Post more information did you finance it yes or no did you pay cash for it yes or no did you write a check for it yes or no ?

 First of all people don't just head from CA to Vegas and then on a whim decide "Heck..let's buy an RV".  So how did you end up there?  Then if it took weeks to get the financing in place, why since you seem to be so Internet Savy and so aware of how to tell the differences between Model Years.  Why did you wait until you got to the DMV in Califorinia?  How come you didn't do any checking BEFORE you actually finalized the Sale? 

As for this damage.  You did test drive it right?  You did check every part of the vehicle to make sure it was in working order, including the parts you say are damaged?  Oh you say that you did and didn't notice anything or perhaps you didn't because you thought you shouldn't have to because it was "new".  So what proof do you have that they dealer knew about this damage?
