If I could rate this company with negative stars, I would. They bought a small locally owned self storage business, upped the prices by 29.4%, and then hit us with a bogus "insurance" charge. They are not an insurance company and our contents is already covered under our own policy. They have also installed an automatic gate WITHOUT providing customers access and we are currently unable to get in. They are NOT members of the BBB probably because of their shady practices and lack of customer care. We've had friends move their business elsewhere and we will be doing the same (as soon as we can get into the complex).
