Canvas People Customer Service did email me back with charge details on 1/18/13 and it was not including my free 8x10. I emailed them back describing that I placed my order for a free 8x10. They did email me back today and they are crediting my card for the difference. I am satisfied with the customer service after several weeks but I am not satisfied with the product. I'm glad they did what was right.
