Capital Financial Card ripoff Tamp Bay Florida
i was contacted by phone about 2-3 weeks ago by a juan pinita from capital financial he told me that i had been approved for a credit card with a 2000 limit and all i had to do was send in 200 dollars i have been on social security diability for abou 18 months now due to hepatitis c and lymphedema and needless to say my credit is pretty much shot due to medical bills that had gone to collections so when i got this call all i thought about was getting my credit rebuilt
i would sure appreciate any help that anybody can give concerning a class action lawsuit i know that i might never see my 200 again but it would be nice to put these people out of bussiness so they cant take advantage of anybody else i sure would like to know how pepole that work for companys like this can look at themselves i wonder if they where living on a fixed income that is below poverty level if somebody did the same thing to them
