i received this through the mail with no number to call to find out if this is a actual credit card or a card that i have to use through a magazine or only order things from one company or can i use this card in the department stores as a regular credit...I found a number over the phone 1-800-707-1689 but new or trying to get a card cannot talk to a live customer service rep. you can only talk to a rep if you have an established credit card with this company
