My bank refunded the $200 bucks Capital Financial stole from me and refunded all insufficient fee charges. I closed my account today and I'm opening another one. I also added my phone number to my state's "do no call" list so I dont have to worry about being suckered by another company like this one again.

Well, needless to say, I have heard NOTHING back from Capital Financial about my fax I sent to them. I did however, fill out the dispute form and bring it to my bank. The assistant bank manager told me that particular form did not need to be notorized. He filled out the bottom half, faxed it to main bank headquarters right in front of me, and told me my money would be refunded (along with all insufficient fee charges) within 5-7 business days. I made a freeze debits on the account and I'm going to close it and reopen another one. The bank was great. They did what they said they'd do no questions asked. I had no problems with them.

FINALLY got through to rep named Nathan today. Told him of situation and he said that because i called and cancelled in the same day, there would be no record of me in system yet and that the cancellation number given to me was false. They may as well dig themselves a hole! So ofcourse, he told me to fax the statement of my bank account showing the charge blah blah blah. I also faxed along a letter explaining what they did and what I did to fix it and a copy of the complaint I sent to Florida Dpt of Agriculture and Consumer Services so they know I'm not just bluffing. I'll let you know what happens.
