Capital Financial Card Company is HUGE ripoff Plain out liars I don't know how thse people sleep at night Largo Florida
I recieved a call form the company in early Oct 2005. i was told that I could get a credit card with a $2000 credit limit to help re-bulid my credit, the only thing was they need to withdraw $200.00 from my checking account, but that i would get that money back when I recieved my card in 4 $50.00 vouchers that i could use to pay my bill. I agreed to the conditions thinking it was a pretty good deal. They withdrew $100.00 from my account on the 24th of Oct and another $100.00 was taken out of my account on the 31st of Oct. Well i waited and waited and never got anything in the mail I finally called them and asked them what was going on they said that this was the 14th day since the withdraw so i should have the forms in my mailbox. Well i did a little research on the internet Which I should have done in the first place I found the capital financial card website,which turns out to be a shopping website.
So I called them back which then and only then I was informed that this card was a merchant card that can only be used on there website,(which by the way only sells junk) I informed the woman i wanted my money back because I was never told this. She gave ma a fax number and said i need to fax them in writing that I wanted my money back and my bank statemnets showing where they took my money. The woman said i would have my money back in 7-10 days. I called them back again today to make sure they recieved the fax the woman told me they had. And that I would be hearing something from these CRD people whoever they may be in writing within 7-10 days. I will update you on whatever happens next i think I'm gonna go and try and talk to my bank tommorrow see how far that gets me. I just want everyone to know who gets a phone call from these people please do not give them any information they are scam artists and are only out for the $200.00 they get from you because trust me if you ever did eventually get there card there is nothing on there website you would want to buy!
