Capital Kia, americredit ripoff Austin Texas
I live in Austin, Texas and bought a car from Capital Kia who told me that my payments would be lowered after a year. I was stupid and fell for the old " the contract is not ready and we will send it in the mail so just sign here and take the car".
To a person with credit problems this sounds good and you fall for it, only to find the interest rate is 22% and your car now cost twice as much. They are a bunch of crooks and you later are told that we have our own finance company but not told its americredit. You absolutely cannot be late. Don't even think about getting your payments deferred, it just adds to your total payment. They need to be taken to court for what they are doing to people especially those with bad or no credit. I felt as though I was in good hands and told him about all the lemons I had bought and to please not do this to me again. I am never going to be able to straigten out my credit paying nearly $500.00 a month for it.
What are my options? if anyone knows. What is I just give the car back and buy from someone else if possible and start all over. Can I recover from this. They are not going to reduce my payments
