This company distributes the "fake" Chinese-built cameras, signified by menu differences, dead buttons, time stamp malfunctioning, and other failures.
Mine arrived with a dead battery.
If you attempt to return or obtain service on this item, a terse letter is emailed to you directing shipment to Asia.
That's it. No pretense of tracking, a service tracking number, confirmation of coverage, nothing.
The Florida Attorney General has been notified, and is investigating this enterprise.
